Refund and Returns Policy

Please note that our refund and returns policy is applicable for a period of 7 days from the date you receive your product. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We take pride in the quality of our products and assure you of our commitment to workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will be rectified with a replacement at no additional charge.

Given that our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to user error, such as incorrect sizes, designs, or colors.

It’s important to be aware that our products are customized and manufactured based on market demand. Consequently, they may not always be readily available, and there could be a slight difference in color between advertised images and the actual item due to lighting during photo shooting or monitor display. Please allow for a 20% difference between advertised images and the received item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will not be issued under circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delivery delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

We are dedicated to delivering the best products and are willing to replace your order for the following reasons: product flaws, poor print quality, or if the received product differs from the one originally represented on our site.

To initiate a replacement, please email us with a photo of the received product, including detailed shots if necessary. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

For all other requests, please email us, and if your claim is approved, we will provide a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.

Unauthorized returns or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the issue persists, please contact us at the support email.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if there are faults in production and shipping. If you need to exchange an item for the same reason, please send us an email. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Evidence for Replacement

When submitting evidence for replacement, please ensure all required pictures are provided. Necessary evidence for common issues includes:

  • Wrong product shipped: Pictures of the wrong items received and the shipping label.
  • Size issue: Pictures of the shipping label, photo measuring the size with a ruler, and a picture of the received product.
  • Broken/Damaged items: Pictures of the broken item and the shipping label.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your purchase, please email us with your order number and the requested changes. Orders are eligible for cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placement. After this period, orders are locked for processing and cannot be canceled. Please note that a management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for cancellations.
